Medical Collections Supervisor Location Sebring, FL 33870 Date Posted April 17, 2026 Job ID 14465 Employment Type Direct Hire Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Medical Collections Supervisor for a growing healthcare revenue cycle organization. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Sebring, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role serves as a working supervisor within a high-performing medical collections team, combining hands-on account management with day-to-day team leadership. The Medical Collections Supervisor will support departmental operations, coach collectors, and drive performance across aged receivables and recovery efforts. This is a highly impactful role focused on improving collections outcomes, strengthening team performance, and supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily team activity, including productivity, call quality, and performance metrics Train, coach, and motivate collectors to meet and exceed collection goals Manage aged receivables and assist with complex accounts, negotiations, and escalations Conduct call reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of collections staff Partner with leadership to improve processes, reporting, and overall team performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in medical collections within a healthcare revenue cycle environment Proven ability to coach, train, and support team performance in a call center setting Knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and FCRA compliance standards Experience managing aged receivables and resolving complex accounts Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position offers a base salary in the range of $60,000-$65,000, plus a monthly bonus structure with strong earning potential. Benefits include employer-supported medical coverage with plan flexibility, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
