Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Collection Specialists and provide KPI reports Maximize collection rates and attend regular meetings Review all Collections Specialist activities to identify any potential collection issues Reach out to customers with outstanding balances via phone, email, or letter Negotiate payment arrangements with customers experiencing financial difficulties while adhering to legal regulations Track payment progress and send reminders to ensure timely payments Maintain detailed records of collection activities Understand and follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) guidelines when contacting debtors
