ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is looking to add a Collections Coordinator to the Accounting Team. They are located in a beautiful office close to the high way, shopping, and restaurants.

COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Making calls and contacts to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts. The Collections Coordinator will confer with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer. Notify credit department if customers fail to respond. Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts. Receive payment and post amount paid to customer account.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR

Attention to detail Skip tracing Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2-5 + years of deficiency collections experience Solid computer skills
