Full Job Description Location:

Summary:

The LP&R Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the collection of delinquent consumer loan accounts and ensuring timely recovery of past-due funds through garnishments, levies, and other appropriate actions. This role manages the full recovery process while ensuring compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Additionally, the LP&R Supervisor leads and supports designated staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, performance monitoring, and conducting evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.

Job Requirements:

Five to seven years of progressive collections experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of collections, servicing, bankruptcy procedures, and legal requirements. Understanding of credit union default enforcement clauses. . Ability to work well in stressful situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
