Compensation & Benefits Base pay starting at $22/hr plus monthly incentive Monthly bonus up to $1,775 Total compensation $45,000-$65,000 Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Matching 401(k) Paid Time Off Extensive paid training and ongoing leadership development Career advancement opportunities Industry-leading technology and systems Established company serving customers for over 36 years Locations in 25 states What You'll Do Drive portfolio performance by reducing delinquency and charge-offs Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process Maintain compliance with company lending and collection policies Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience Assist the Finance Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Confidence making data-driven decisions Automotive finance or subprime lending experience is a plus Why Join Our Team?
