Position Summary:
The Collections Coordinating Admin serves as the administrative support for the Collection Coordinating Manager and the Collections Department. This role is responsible for departmental organization, supporting communication between teams, assisting with reporting and account administration, and ensuring Third Party processes are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, detailed, and able to manage multiple priorities to support the day-to-day needs of the Collection Coordinating Manager and the entire Collections Team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor workflow queues and administrative follow-up for collection accounts
  • Support cross-departmental communication regarding process updates and procedural changes
  • Review and organize department documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with daily directed route via manually accepted calling (MAC)
  • Collaborating with the Collections Team for performance and production boosting measures to drive collections
  • Prepare and distribute accurate reports internally and for clients
  • Maintain specific inbox on behalf of the Collections Team
  • Troubleshoot administrative requests from Collections Team
  • Other duties as assigned
Key Competencies:
    Organization & Detail-Orientation:
    Strong ability to maintain accurate documentation and records, prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
      Communication & Relationship Management:
      Maintains clear, professional and concise communication with collectors, managers, clients and executive leadership for successful collaboration and organizational alignment.
      Requirements:
      • 3+ years of administrative experience.
      • Strong communication and management skills.
      • High attention to detail and clear organizational abilities.
      • Proven track record of project management and successful completion in a collections environment.
      • Strong working knowledge of commercial collections laws and compliance.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Suite.
