•Play a key role in managing client account portfolios, driving collections efforts, and partnering with attorneys, clients, and finance teams to ensure timely resolution of outstanding invoices.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and oversee the collections process. Partner closely with attorneys and clients to resolve outstanding balances. Review AR aging reports and help reduce delinquent accounts. Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies. Collaborate with Finance and Billing teams to improve cash flow and client service.
