• Franklin, TN (Fully Onsite, 5 Days/Week) Soni is partnered with a large, global organization who is seeking a Collections Supervisor to oversee a team of 5 specialists while remaining hands-on in daily collections activity.

This role sits under an AR Manager and is ideal for someone with early leadership experience looking to grow within a structured, high-performing environment. This is a working supervisor role

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of Collection Specialists, including workload delegation and day-to-day guidance Remain hands-on with collections efforts (calls, emails, account follow-up) Monitor KPIs, track performance, and conduct performance conversations/reviews Review aging reports and drive collection efforts on delinquent accounts Resolve payment discrepancies and escalate complex collection issues Partner with credit and internal teams to manage risk and account status Prepare reporting, support month-end close activities, and track collection metrics Train team members on policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

2-4+ years of supervisory or team lead experience (ideally overseeing 3-6 employees) Background in high-volume collections (not just billing or general AR) Experience monitoring KPIs and supporting team performance Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN 5 days/week

Preferred Skills:

Compensation:

$70,000
