Strong knowledge of investor and agency reporting requirements and guidelines, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Servicer Compliance and USAP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to advise management and liaise between loan operations, Internal Audit and Risk Management. Understand Internal Control concepts to advise management on issues.Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Five (5) or more years of experience in investor reporting, mortgage servicing, financial analysis, or a related financial services environment. Demonstrated experience applying agency guidelines and private investor requirements.Preferred Experience:
Experience leading process improvement, automation, reporting enhancement, audit, or regulatory initiatives within a mortgage servicing environment.Additional Details :

The Asst Mgr, Investor Reporting oversees the accurate and timely reporting, reconciliation, and remittance of loan servicing activity to investors and government-sponsored agencies, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and private investors. This role leads Investor Reporting staff, ensuring compliance with investor requirements, regulatory standards, and internal controls. Serving as a key liaison across servicing, technology, business units, and external partners, the Team Lead resolves reporting issues, drives process improvements, supports strategic initiatives, and ensures the integrity of investor-related financial and servicing data.
