Job Description

Alliant Capital Management is an established collection agency seeking an experienced, driven Collection Manager to lead a collection team and help take our operation to the next level. We are looking for a strong leader who understands the collection industry, knows how to develop collectors, and can drive both performance and accountability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on with training, coaching, and difficult consumer negotiations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the collection department Lead, coach, motivate, and hold collectors accountable for performance Develop and implement ongoing training and collector development programs Ensure the department consistently achieves established KPIs and monthly financial goals Monitor individual and team performance and identify opportunities for improvement Assist collectors with second talk-offs, escalated calls, and difficult negotiations Conduct regular call reviews and provide actionable coaching Work closely with our Compliance Department to ensure collectors follow all applicable federal and state collection laws, company policies, and procedures Create a positive, competitive, and results-driven culture focused on continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of collection industry experience Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Lead, Collection Supervisor, or Collection Manager Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven ability to drive collector performance and achieve financial goals Strong understanding of collection strategies, negotiations, and performance metrics Working knowledge of applicable collection laws and compliance requirements Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced collection professional who is ready to take ownership of a team and play an important role in the continued growth of Alliant Capital Management . Pay:
