Wellington Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Collections Manager for our established and growing company.

Responsibilities will include:
Oversee and lead a group of collectors Motivate, train, and develop collectors Build on the workplace culture Interact with consumers via inbound/outbound phone calls Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up with consumers Day to day management of a collection agency Stay up to date with Regulation F compliance
