Job Description
PoolSupplies.com is a leading national pool supply company offering all items needed to own and operate a swimming pool. Our goal is to offer all consumers products and brands they trust and depend on year-round for pool sanitization, safety and fun. The primary method of sales is through e-commerce channels with shipments directly to the end user. We are hiring for an Email Marketing Specialist . The ideal candidate is a strong email marketer with an eye for design who can take a campaign from concept through execution and measurement. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of e-commerce are essential. Graphic design experience is important, but this is first and foremost an email marketing position. This position is 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities Build, design, and execute email marketing campaigns. Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action. Design and maintain email templates. Manage customer email lists, segments, and campaign audiences. Track and analyze email performance and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and execute a long-term strategy focused on customer growth, retention, and email-generated revenue. Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases and customer engagement. Conduct testing and optimization of email campaigns, content, offers, and creative. Create and edit basic marketing graphics for email and other digital channels. Crop, resize, compress, and optimize images and graphics using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and AI-powered creative platforms. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in email marketing, e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. 2+ years graphic design experience in a marketing and ecommerce business Demonstrated experience creating and managing email campaigns. Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital customer behavior. Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform. Ability to analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations. Basic to intermediate graphic design skills. Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software. Ability to crop, resize, compress, and optimize images and graphics. Experience with AI-powered marketing or creative tools. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
