Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel BOM to provide business office leadership and support across our skilled nursing facilities in Kentucky and Tennessee. This position will have a strong focus on accounts receivable performance and private-pay collections. The Corporate Travel BOM will travel between assigned facilities to train, support, and directly manage business office operations where staffing gaps, turnover, or performance issues require additional oversight. Duties Oversee and directly manage day-to-day AR functions at assigned facilities, with a focus on private-pay billing and collections. Monitor and reduce AR aging and drive collections on balances outstanding 90+ days. Train, mentor, and provide interim coverage for on-site Business Office Managers and billing staff. Conduct periodic AR audits and compliance reviews at each facility. Ensure timely and accurate month-end AR close and reporting. Support admissions with eligibility verification and private-pay agreements. Identify process gaps and standardize billing and collection procedures across the region. Qualifications 3+ years of skilled nursing or long-term care business office experience with a strong AR and billing focus. Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private pay, eligibility, billing, and collections in a skilled nursing environment. Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) required. Experience training or supervising business office staff across multiple locations preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Reporting Structure & Travel Reports to the Director of Accounts Receivable. Frequent travel required (50%+) across assigned Kentucky and Tennessee facilities. Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed according to company policy. Overnight stays may be required depending on facility distance and project needs. Provides regular AR performance updates and reporting to the Director of Accounts Receivable.
