About Our Client:
Our client is a leading healthcare organization seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections operations. This individual will be responsible for team performance, patient satisfaction, and the timely collection of patient accounts receivable. The Manager - Single Billing Office will provide leadership, training, and operational oversight to Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections teams. This role will focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring accounts receivable is collected efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day Customer Service and Self-Pay Collections operations. Lead, train, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals. Drive timely and effective collection of patient accounts receivable. Support resolution of complex patient billing and account inquiries. Ensure billing and collection activities comply with applicable regulatory and intermediary requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 5+ years of related healthcare revenue cycle experience, including several years in a supervisory or management capacity. 3+ years of healthcare accounts receivable and/or insurance claims processing experience. 3+ years of Epic 3+ years of Customer Service Management experience.
