Account Manager III - Auto Finance $29-$35/Hour + Performance Bonuses | Bozeman, MT Credit Care Financial is looking for an experienced Level III Account Manager to join our Bozeman team. This is an experienced, non-management position for someone who can independently manage a customer portfolio, handle difficult account situations, and make sound decisions when the answer isn't always straightforward. You'll manage your own accounts while also serving as an experienced resource when the team needs support with more complex or higher-risk accounts. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of customer auto finance accounts Contact customers regarding upcoming and past-due payments Work accounts toward current status and secure realistic payment commitments Handle complex, escalated, and higher-risk accounts Evaluate customer circumstances and determine appropriate next steps Identify delinquency concerns early and take appropriate action Handle accounts involving repossessions and total losses Assist with insurance, title, payment, and other account-related issues Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation Follow up consistently on commitments and unresolved accounts Support team members with difficult accounts and complex customer situations Level III Account Managers are experienced resources to the team while remaining responsible for their own portfolio and individual performance. This is not a management position. What We're Looking For Previous collections, consumer finance, auto finance, or related account-management experience required Experience with repossessions and total-loss accounts Experience managing delinquent, escalated, or higher-risk accounts Strong judgment and problem-solving skills Comfortable having direct conversations about money and past-due obligations Able to remain professional and firm during difficult customer interactions Strong organization, documentation, and follow-through Able to work independently and make sound account decisions Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Experience in auto finance, consumer lending, collections, banking, credit unions, or similar financial services is strongly preferred.
