Debt Collector / Future Collection Manager

Job Overview Central Portfolio Control is seeking an experienced 3rd Party Debt Collector with leadership experience who is ready to grow into a Collection Manager role. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who understands compliance, performance management, and effective collection strategies, and who is looking for a long-term leadership opportunity. The selected candidate will begin as a collector to learn our systems, processes, client expectations, and company procedures. Upon demonstrating success and operational understanding, the candidate will transition into a Collection Manager position. This is an hourly position with uncapped monthly commission based on performance. Duties Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally and effectively Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts Maintain compliance with FDCPA and company policies Document all account activity accurately Meet or exceed individual collection goals Learn CPC's collection strategies, workflows, and operational procedures Assist with coaching and mentoring team members as leadership responsibilities increase Prepare to transition into a Collection Manager role Experience Previous 3rd party debt collection experience required Prior management, supervisory, or team lead experience required Strong understanding of FDCPA compliance and collection regulations Proven track record of meeting collection goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Ability to motivate and lead a team Proficient computer and data entry skills

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
