What your future day will look like: Produce and distribute performance reports while analyzing key operational metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned legal servicing partners, providing guidance and supporting strong working relationships. Analyze Key Performance Indicators including (but not limited to) Legal Scorecards, Garnishment Goals, Renewal Goals, Suit Goals, and other client-specific metrics. Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal data systems to identify performance trends, risks, and account-level opportunities. Translate data findings into actionable insights and communicate recommended adjustments to servicing partners. Ensure sustained accuracy and attention to detail across reporting cycles. Monitor partner performance against service standards and client expectations while identifying and addressing performance gaps. Conduct performance reviews, document action plans, and ensure follow-through on corrective measures and operational initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues, improve workflows, and support client and operational objectives. Analyze processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and contribute to ongoing performance improvement and risk mitigation efforts.
