PharMerica , a part of Brightspring Health Services, is a long‑term care pharmacy services provider that supplies medications, clinical support, and pharmacy management to healthcare organizations across the United States. The Manager of Collections is responsible and oversees all collection and personnel related activity on the PharMerica Accounts Receivable Facility portfolio. This is a remote opportunity. Applicants may reside anywhere within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities:
Works with the Director, to build, maintain and improve credit scoring models to mitigate overall company financial risk Performs daily credit and risk management activities to ensure exposures are maintained within approved limits under the credit policy Produces reports and analysis of monthly credit facility trending Gathers and reviews information on the financial condition, risk exposure, loss history, and economic trends that may impact the terms and conditions offered to the client Responsible for DSO, cash collections, aging trends, and a/r resolution on non AS400 portfolios Investigates delinquent accounts, write collection letters, and call customers Prepares standardized reports on credit/collections status May arrange terms of payment for delinquent accounts May lead and direct the work of others Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Performs other tasks as assigned Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications:
Associate degree Four years of experience in discipline; six years of experience in discipline preferred Familiar with a variety of the discipline's concepts, practices, and procedures Creativity and latitude is expected About our
