What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in personnel development plans and maintain personnel policies to assure compliance with credit union policy Prepare and process recommendations for employee goal setting, performance evaluations, and one on one coaching Support with screening of new potential hires Conduct staff training for new and existing employees. May function as a subject matter expert to support Training department Handle escalated member situations and resolve concerns in a timely manner. May perform as an interim manager in the absence of direct manager Assist manager in day-to-day collection operations to include auditing of collection accounts for compliance with credit union policies and procedures Review and analyze collection accounts and recommend corrective action to management Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement May contact and follow-up with members and arrange appropriate action for resolution of accounts not in good standing; including, but not limited to, negative shares, delinquent loans, or suspected fraud Coordinate and monitor workflows ensuring all accounts are worked regularly and properly. Analyze inventory of delinquent loans and assign work accordingly Handles advanced and non-routine loan default situations May represent credit union in small claims judicial system Analyze collection related bills and authorize payment Assist with monitoring of outside vendors for compliance with credit union policies and standards Maintain and recommend appropriate changes to current collection policies and procedures Function as point of contact for inter-departmental on-line collection system and related issues What You'll Need to

Be Successful:
