Responsibilities:

  • Review payment records and apply basic corrections or adjustments based on defined guidelines.
  • Research account information, verify transaction details, and maintain clear supporting documentation for each case.
  • Address standard internal and customer questions related to payment activity in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Identify irregularities or higher-risk items and route them to the appropriate team for further review.
  • Meet daily expectations for productivity, accuracy, and overall work quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support team flexibility by learning additional workflows and assisting across related processing functions.
