Admin Data Entry Specialist Pay Range:
$17.00 - $18.50/hour

About the Role We are seeking an Admin Data Entry Specialist to support document processing, data entry, and administrative operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with computer systems, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while processing a large volume of information. Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and document processing. Review, classify, and route documents to the appropriate department or owner for follow-up and action. Identify and prioritize high-priority documents according to established procedures. Review information for accuracy and completeness before processing. Verify patient information using multiple identifiers when processing documents. Research records to resolve incomplete or incorrect information. Contact originating facilities when additional information or clarification is needed. Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements when handling sensitive information. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a high-volume environment. Follow established procedures for document handling, filing, routing, and disposal of non-actionable documents. Basic Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in data entry, document processing, or administrative support , OR 1 year of experience in a healthcare office or patient-facing environment. Basic computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a high-volume data entry or administrative environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with document management or electronic records systems. Experience with EHR/EMR systems is a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare documentation is a plus. Strong verbal communication skills. Familiarity with G Suite/Google Workspace. Experience handling confidential or sensitive information. Experience reviewing information and resolving discrepancies.
