Head of Sales Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering customer orders received from the Sales team into our company system, preparing invoices, and ensuring order information is complete and accurate. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-literate, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive and review customer orders from the Sales team. Enter customer orders accurately into the company's system. Create and process invoices based on customer orders. Verify pricing, quantities, customer information, and product details. Make corrections or updates to orders as needed. Communicate with the Sales team regarding missing or incorrect information. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Assist with order tracking and follow-up when necessary. Perform general data entry and administrative duties. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer information. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous experience in data entry, order entry, administrative support, or a similar position preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems. Ability to work with numbers and enter information accurately. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and the Sales team. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn. Preferred Skills Experience with order processing or invoicing. Experience working with ERP, inventory, or order management systems. Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel and Outlook. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive data entry and computer tasks.
