Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload Scope of Work:

• Resources will review business customer records, conduct online research to determine the appropriate business classification, and enter and document the appropriate NAICS code and results.

This is similar to the prior Customer Service effort, where contingent workers manually researched customer records using available information and assigned NAICS codes based on their findings.

• Strong online research skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with Excel and large sets of customer records\
• Ability to research incomplete or unclear information and make a determination based on available information
• Ability to follow a defined review and documentation process.
• Experience with

SAP, NAICS

codes, utility/customer data, or similar data-quality work would be helpful but is not required.

• The prior effort focused on research, data analysis, working with large amounts of data, Excel/data tools, and familiarity with customer data. Education Requirement
