Some tasks include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls. Sending emails. Creating sales orders, bill of lading, invoices, etc. Filing. Helping other office associates with their duties. Data entry. Interacting with customers/truckers and the Shipping and Receiving department. May take on other tasks, such as inventory or AP. Using our SAP B1 system. Strong attention to detail for double checking work. We are a team and work as a team. We are looking for someone to grow with us. If this sounds like something you would love to do, apply today! This is a contract position that upon review, is renewed month to month and then for an extended period of time after. Even though it is a contract position, we still are looking for someone to stay with us long term, full time.
