Description Data Entry Specialist Brief Job Description:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Enter and verify high volumes of data with accuracy

+ Update records, spreadsheets, and internal systems

+ Review documents for completeness and correct errors

+ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

+ Generate basic reports as needed

+ Support administrative tasks related to recordkeeping

Requirements Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Prior data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred

+ Fast and accurate typing skills

+ Strong attention to detail and organization
