•30.00/hour Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Technician to support a Quality Improvement team. This role involves data entry, document processing, provider outreach, file preparation, and responding to inquiries regarding credentialing status. Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry across various documents, files, and data sources. Conduct outreach calls as needed to support data entry activities. Assist with preparation and organization of credentialing files. Complete data entry and prepare files for review. Respond to inquiries from providers and internal staff regarding credentialing status. Identify and report issues that may affect production or quality. Maintain confidentiality and ensure Protected Health Information (PHI) is properly secured. Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and priorities. Provide professional and customer-focused support. Complete other projects and duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of data entry experience required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a managed healthcare environment. Experience with provider data. Background in credentialing or provider-related systems. Familiarity with healthcare data management and documentation. Work Environment Primarily an indoor, office-based environment. Requires prolonged sitting and regular computer use. May involve occasional lifting or moving of items weighing approximately 10-25 lbs. Some schedule flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
Pay:
$23.00
•$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
