Your responsibilities

• Perform rapid and accurate data input using a keyboard and 10-key pad to enter complex information (e.g., codes, names, financial figures) into specific software applications
• Perform thorough verification and auditing of entered data against source documents to identify and correct errors and discrepancies
• Assist with cleaning up and maintaining database integrity, ensuring old or obsolete records are correctly flagged or archived
• Strictly follow all protocols regarding data handling, confidentiality, and documentation of processed batches
• Quickly learn the layout and requirements of new forms, codes, and database structures for various short-term mandates.
