Data Entry Resource 4-5 weeks contract Sacramento, CA CommonSpirit Health is the client There will be a Bas well as a Drug Test There will also be 2 rounds of TB Test [ paid by the client] Data Entry Responsibilities Receive completed paperwork from technicians after installation is complete.. Submit WTS Cerner requests for each deployed device. (Hospitals and Clinics, not for Training rooms) Update HAM records in ServiceNow for both new and old machines. Process old machine name changes Maintain and update the Google Master Spreadsheet. Enter new device serial numbers and machine types. Document installer names and installation dates. Verify completion of HAM updates. Verify completion of WTS Cerner updates. Perform quality checks to ensure all records are accurate and complete. Objective Ensure all device deployment records, asset management updates, and system requests are accurately completed and documented. The cutsheets have a designated place to check off when the process has been completed.
