Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist the Finance Department with daily administrative and data entry tasks. No previous finance or accounting experience is required. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, comfortable using computers, and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry into company systems and spreadsheets. Assist the Finance Department with daily administrative tasks. Enter, update, and maintain financial and company information. Review data for accuracy and identify missing or incorrect information. Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports. Organize and maintain electronic and paper records. Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and general office duties. Communicate with team members to verify information when needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling company and financial information. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No finance or accounting experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Comfortable working with computers and performing data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Motivated and eager to learn. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
