In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various databases and systems. Your precision and organizational skills will ensure the integrity of our data, supporting efficient business operations. This position offers an engaging environment where your clerical expertise and computer skills will directly contribute to the success of our organization. Duties Enter data into multiple databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with speed and accuracy Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents and performing quality checks Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records, ensuring easy retrieval of information Perform data collection from various sources, including forms, reports, and digital inputs Use pivot tables and other Excel tools to analyze data trends and generate reports for management Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of customer or internal requests Support transcription tasks by converting audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital formats Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry workflows and improve overall efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables and basic math calculations Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and office software applications Excellent typing skills with a high level of speed and precision Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic math skills for verifying numerical data entries Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, or administrative support is preferred Ability to perform transcription tasks accurately from audio or handwritten sources Join us in a role that values your meticulous nature and organizational prowess!
