Do:
Enter new purchase orders, shipments, and inventory counts into the customer's database Update delivery status, shipping manifests, and stock levels in real time. Compare documents against the customer's database entries and correct errors to ensure they align Work with the suppliers and logistics teams to resolve missing or mismatched data Assist the customer in creating basic inventory and shipping status reports
What You Will Bring:
Associate degree in manufacturing or related industry and 1 plus years of general data entry or administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP High accuracy level to prevent inventory errors Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate with procurement and logistics teams
Pay Range:
$28-$32/hr Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
This position is classified as Remote within the United States.
Travel Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, no of travel is required.
Citizenship Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
