Job Description As a Processing Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring member applications and supporting documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is heavily data-entry focused and requires someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask while meeting daily and weekly deadlines. We're looking for someone who brings strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in multiple systems and databases. Review and process application paperwork to support patient access to medication assistance programs. Scan, upload, and organize digital documents to ensure information is complete and properly filed. Manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to deadlines. Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and consistent service quality.
