The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), has strong computer and clerical skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous office or administrative experience looking to grow within a stable and reputable company.

Boca Raton, FL Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Full-Time
•8am-5pm
Pay:
$16

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Assist with preparing reports and data summaries as needed Perform general clerical tasks, including scanning, copying, and emailing documents Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners in both English and Spanish Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual
•Fluent in English and Spanish (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in data entry, office support, or clerical roles (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
