SALES CONSULTANT

- Deerfield Beach, FL - PORCEMALL

USA CORP.

Job Duties:

Negotiate sales agreements and payment schedules for high-volume wholesale accounts, applying company credit terms and warranties for porcelain and floating floor inventories . Plan and coordinate product displays and promotional programs across 400+ Florida retail points of sale for imported Spanish and Italian tile collections . Consult with contractors and designers to resolve operational challenges and provide administrative and logistical support for large-scale flooring projects . Coordinate internal resources and external service providers to tile sales projects . Prepare sales budgets, operational reports, and detailed transaction records . Monitor stock levels for floating floor and tile lines imported from Spain, Italy, and Turkey, managing the reordering process for Florida projects . Prepare estimates and formal bids for porcelain tile applications tailored to client architectural specs and project constraints . Oversee payment collections and maintain client agreement records for financial reporting . Identify prospective corporate customers using business directories and industry leads to solicit wholesale orders in Florida . Direct product delivery and installation logistics to ensure compliance with contract timelines .

Minimum Job Requirements:

36 months of experience as a Business Administrator, Logistics and Operational Coordinator, and/or related administrative occupation .

Special Skills:

Spanish fluency required to communicate with Spanish-speaking overseas vendors, customer service, and/or team supervision . One year of expertise in SAP software . Experience coordinating resources, managing daily operations and personnel, and preparing operational reports, sales budgets, and resource allocation plans within a high-volume business environment .

Alternative Requirements:

High School Diploma or Foreign Equivalent + 24 months of experience in Business Administration and/or related administrative occupation .

Other Terms:

Must be willing and able to travel once a month within Florida for project necessity and/or customer visits . Foreign experience acceptable . Any suitable combination of experience, education, or training is acceptable .
