No previous compliance experience is required-we will provide training. This role is responsible for reviewing motor carrier applications, verifying carrier information through vetting System, and communicating with carriers and branch offices to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Responsibilities Review and verify carrier onboarding applications. Verify carrier information following vetting Sysytem. Professionally communicate with carriers by phone and email. Respond to questions from branch offices regarding carrier approvals. Request and follow up on required documentation from carriers. Maintain accurate records and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed. Perform other administrative and compliance-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and origanizational skills. Professional phone and email communication skills and proper etiquette. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Accurate data entry and work processing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
