Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Coconut Creek, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position with the opportunity to transition to ongoing employment and gain access to city benefits upon successful review. The role offers a steady-paced environment with occasional increases in workload, providing an excellent opportunity for skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into designated systems with attention to detail.
- Handle cashier transactions and ensure proper recording of payments.
- Process utility billing information and address related customer inquiries.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity in all entries.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and resolve issues.
- Adhere to established processes and procedures for data management and financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries as required.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents.
- Monitor workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
