We are seeking a data Entry Clerk to join our team in Orlando, Florida. Iberia Foods is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data within various systems and databases. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Responsibilities Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets. Review source documents and verify information for accuracy and completeness. Update customer, vendor, inventory, and operational records as needed. Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors. Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis when requested. Scan, file, and organize electronic and paper documents. Assist departments with data retrieval and record maintenance. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information. Support administrative projects and other clerical duties as assigned. Meet departmental productivity and accuracy standards.
