Job Summary Receptionist / Data Entry Specialist Solution Source is a family-owned and operated company with more than 25 years of experience serving Central Florida. We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Data Entry Specialist to join our team full-time at our Plant City office. This position serves as the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and understand the importance of reliability, accuracy, and customer service. Position Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records. Scan, save, organize, e-file, and maintain company documents and folders. Make copies, prepare correspondence, and assist with general administrative tasks. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and team members. Assist management and staff with administrative support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred. Strong computer and data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and proofreading. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must have reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits Full-time position
