Quote Coordinator

Ironline Metals is a fast-growing, privately owned manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing products serving drywall distributors and interior contractors throughout the Southeast. We pride ourselves on efficiency, precision, and supporting our sales team with the data they need to succeed. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quote Coordinator to join our team. The Quote Coordinator is the engine behind our sale process. Your primary mission is to ensure that every customer request is translated into an accurate, professional quote. This is a high-volume data entry role that requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a quick-turnaround environment.

Rapid Data Entry:

Accurately input quote details into our ERP system from customer orders received via the sales team.

Order Validation:

Review incoming requests to ensure all necessary specifications (dimensions, quantities, material type) are present and correct.

Team Support:

Work closely with the sales department to prioritize urgent requests and meet daily deadlines.

Database Integrity:

Proactively maintain and flag quotes through the sale cycle (e.g. Pending, Won, Lost) for accurate tracking of company close rates.

Audit Readiness:

Perform regular checks to ensure all outcomes are recorded to prevent data gaps. Detail Oriented
