Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join a short-term Contract assignment supporting inventory and administrative operations in Stonecrest, Georgia. This onsite role is well suited for someone who thrives in structured work, takes pride in precise recordkeeping, and can keep inventory information current and dependable. The position focuses on entering, reviewing, and organizing warehouse-related data while helping the team maintain clear visibility into stock activity over several weeks.
Responsibilities:
  • Record inventory movements and related details in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Keep warehouse stock records current by updating quantities, item activity, and transaction information.
  • Track materials leaving the warehouse and ensure all removals are properly reflected in system documentation.
  • Prepare inventory summaries and provide reports to support operational oversight and decision-making.
  • Check entries for completeness, investigate inconsistencies, and correct errors in a timely manner.
  • Organize inventory files and supporting documents so records remain accessible and well maintained.
  • Share status updates and relevant inventory information with managers and other team members as needed.
  • Provide additional clerical and data entry support to assist day-to-day operational needs.
