Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team at a vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional hospitality, guest relations, and efficient administrative processes. Sales knowledge preferred and Hotel Key experience is a plus. Duties Supervise and training on daily front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide prompt solutions to guest concerns Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting Maintain excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards across all interactions Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Support multilingual communication efforts to assist diverse guests and enhance their stay experience Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a focus on front desk operations and training. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Knowledge of, Hotel Key property management system, hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Experience with night audit procedures and guest services operations Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Previous hotel or resort experience is a MUS; a background in hospitality is essential for success in this role
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
