Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Stonecrest, Georgia for a short-term Contract assignment. This onsite role supports daily inventory and recordkeeping activities by ensuring warehouse information is entered, updated, and reviewed with a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling detailed administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update inventory information in internal tracking systems with a strong focus on precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain current warehouse stock records and ensure all inventory activity is properly reflected in system data.
  • Record items leaving the warehouse and adjust inventory documentation to keep counts accurate.
  • Prepare routine inventory summaries and provide reports to management or other stakeholders as requested.
  • Review entered data for completeness, identify inconsistencies, and take appropriate steps to correct errors.
  • Organize inventory files and supporting documentation so records remain accessible and audit-ready.
  • Share relevant inventory status updates with supervisors and team members to support operational visibility.
  • Provide additional clerical and data entry assistance as needed during the assignment.
