Job Description:

Support increasing operational volume and ensure timely, accurate processing of critical financial transactions within the lending and servicing workflow. Ensure the accurate and compliant handling of shipping, settlement reviews, and mailbox processing while supporting overall operational efficiency and service delivery goals. Process shipping tasks, settlement statement reviews, and mailbox items with a high level of accuracy. Ensure all work meets company policies and regulatory compliance standards.
