Contract Job Duties:

Identify Annuity, Life, Health, Membership, and LTC insurance products using policy number schemes. Retrieve the correct records/media to fulfill customer requests. Maintain and follow record-retention schedules. Complete repetitive, standardized data-entry and records-processing tasks. Follow established procedures and business practices. Prioritize incoming work to ensure client/customer requests are completed on time. Meet or exceed department SLA and productivity targets. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. Learn and retain knowledge of company business practices and procedures. Accurate data entry and handling of records/media.

Job Requirements:

Ability to maintain record-retention schedules and organized records. 1 year of experience in identifying insurance products based on policy number schemes 1 year of Data Entry experience

Schedule:

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM 5 Days a week Monday - Friday 40

Hours/week Pay:

$17.00 per hour
