Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Clerk to assist with a tax review project. This role will offer approximately 80 hours/two weeks to complete the project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality while supporting our administrative functions. Responsibilities Enter data into databases Maintain accurate records of data collection Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Google Sheets, for data entry, analysis, and creating reports Handle confidential information carefully and ensure data security protocols are followed Perform basic math calculations and 10-key typing to verify data accuracy and completeness Requirements Proven experience with data entry in Excel and Google Sheets; office or clerical experience is preferred Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Basic math skills for data verification purposes Prior experience in administrative support or office environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills Enjoys repetative tasks Your attention to detail and technical skills will help us maintain high standards of service while supporting our mission of sustainability and community engagement.
