Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team, committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in residential settings. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that homes are spotless, organized, and welcoming for clients. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and customer service skills will help create a positive living environment that exceeds expectations. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and outdoor spaces when applicable Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and cleaning detergents Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain cleanliness of surfaces by dusting, polishing furniture, and disinfecting high-touch areas Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are well-maintained and properly stored for optimal use Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards and surface care techniques Familiarity with various cleaning detergents and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their needs and preferences Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior areas of homes Demonstrated ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and responsibly Join us as a Housekeeper to bring your passion for cleanliness into vibrant homes!
