Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, an organization located near the Aurora, IL, is seeking a driven temporary Data Entry/Administrative Assistant to work onsite Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

Strong Excel skills with the ability to filter, manipulate, and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to trace part numbers. Load and maintain BOM data from Excel into an

AS400 ERP

system, largely through manual entry Learn and navigate a local

AS400 ERP

environment; general technical aptitude and system adaptability required Perform basic Adobe Illustrator edits, including manipulation of legends and removal of locating dots

Skills/Experience:

Two (2) or more years of related or equivalent work experience in accounting / administrative field within a manufacturing environment preferred. Associate degree preferred.

Strong math / accounting skills:

add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Able to compute rate and percent and interpret graphs. Extremely detail-oriented and able to work at a fast pace while keeping data accuracy. High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, and team player. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
