What You'll Do Assist the Service Manager with daily operations of a busy automotive repair facility Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience Build trust with customers by clearly explaining vehicle needs and repair recommendations Write estimates and service recommendations accurately and efficiently Upsell maintenance and repair services while maintaining honesty and integrity Coordinate workflow between advisors and technicians to maximize efficiency Help oversee vehicle inspections, repair timelines, and quality control Support and motivate technicians and staff in a team-oriented environment Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently Maintain a clean, organized, and productive front office environment Services You Should Be Knowledgeable In Oil changes and maintenance services Tires and alignments Brake systems Steering and suspension Shocks and struts Engine diagnostics Transmission services Diesel repairs (a plus) General automotive repair and maintenance What We're Looking For Previous dealership or independent shop service advisor/management experience Strong sales ability with proven upselling success Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and energetic personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a very fast-paced environment Strong automotive knowledge and diagnostic understanding Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate a team Experience with service writing and estimating software Professional appearance and strong work ethic Why Join Diehl Auto?
