Operation Support Staff

Review and process incoming physician orders for accuracy and completeness Verify patient demographics, insurance information, diagnosis codes (ICD-10), and provider NPI Perform insurance eligibility checks and resolve missing or incorrect information Communicate with physician offices, patients, and clients as needed Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams and offshore staff to ensure timely workflow Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding order status and requirements if necessary

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
