Full-Time Salary Range:
$43,000 - $46,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different locations Duties and Responsibilities Upload new hire documentation, monitoring policies, preservice training, and Inservice training records into the required portals accurately and within established deadlines. Coordinate with the Audit Team to ensure all documentation has been fully reviewed and audited prior to upload. Perform random reverification checks of audited documentation before uploading to ensure accuracy and compliance. Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to ensure required documentation is submitted and uploaded within IDOA mandated timelines. Maintain organized and accurate electronic records of all uploaded documents. Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect documentation and communicate concerns promptly to the audit team or supervisor. Serve as backup support for TTP Coordinators during vacations, absences, or staffing shortages by uploading required documentation into the IDOA portal. Assist with compliance related tasks and other administrative responsibilities as assigned by management. Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company information at all times. Lombard will serve as the employee's primary station location. Employee may be assigned responsibilities involving additional branch locations based on operational needs. Travel to assigned branch locations is an essential function of this position and may be required on a regular basis. Perform other duties as assigned.
